Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or

  • in the case of a single order for multiple goods that are delivered separately, on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

  • Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

  • Digital content, if its execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer and the consumer has confirmed that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
